Questions
The (Ch Sp) Retreat is more intimate than our annual Chainlink Conferences and is CGOA’s only in-person, multi-day event this year.
(Ch Sp) is an opportunity to step outside the hustle of daily life to learn, relax, and hook up with fellow crocheters. Enjoy plenty of socializing time. Form new connections with your crochet fam. Pack your hooks, along with your yoga mat, your house shoes, or whatever else you need to channel your inner joy and meet us in Nevada!

Since part of (Ch Sp) Retreat is about connecting with our peers, we encourage you to turn the weekend into a slumber party and split a room with your crochet bestie.
If you have non-yarnies tagging along, consider adding on a meal ticket so they can join you for meals including the evening Welcome Reception.
If your roommate does not register by Jun 30, 2025 you will be charged for a single occupancy room
Non-attendee can join you for meals by purchasing the meal add-on for $500
after May 1, 2025, but on or before June 15th, 2025 will be refunded 50%
No refunds after June 15, 2025
All requests are considered as available on first-come, first served basis
Scholarship
As of May 20, 2025, scholarship funds have been distributed and are no longer available.
We have limited funds available for attendance scholarships. Please complete this application and we will be in contact with you. If you have any questions, please email events@crochet.org
Attendee Responsibilities
- Getting there!
- Airfare or other transportation, including booking your own travel and transit to the hotel
- Optional alcohol outside of the Welcome Reception
- Yarn and materials for classes, as specified
- And, of course, as much money as you want to spend at Jimmy Beans!
