3.   Enter your own name & email
4.   Select a gender
5.   Complete your mailing address
6.   Provide you phone number
7.   Answer NO to: is this a gift membership
8.   Leave gifter name blank
9.   Leave gifter email blank
10. Describe your gender
11. Select your local chapter(s)
12. Enter your business name
13. Enter your business website 
14. Digital access to Crochet World is the default (encouraged)
15. Enter 1 if you need to receive a mailed hardcopy instead
16. Enter credit card info 
17. (READ carefully) Verify payment settings:
          - checkmark "Save your info for secure 1-click checkout with Link"
          - checkmark "Enroll in Auto Pay" 
          - checkmark "Save this Card"

2.   Select 'Individual'
3.   Enter name & email of the membership recipient
4.   Complete a mailing address for the membership recipient
5.   Provide the phone number of the membership recipient
6.   Answer YES to: is this a gift membership
7.   Enter your name as the gifter
8.   Enter your email address as the gifter
9.   Scroll down to the Additional Items section
10. Digital access to Crochet World is the default (encouraged)
11. Enter 1 if the giftee needs to receive a mailed hardcopy instead
12. Enter credit card info
13. (READ carefully) Verify payment settings:
          - uncheck "Save your info for secure 1-click checkout with Link"
          - leave "Enroll in Auto Pay" unchecked
          - leave "Save this Card" unchecked
